In early 2014 I participated in my first ever ‘booze-free month’. I quickly learnt that it was much easier said than done. As I began to get restless I looked to the internet for encouragement and inspiration. It was surprisingly underwhelming. Who would have thought that it was so hard to find alcohol-free activities online?
